After Tech Help, and I use that term sarcastically, helped find a problem on my computer, I now can not sign in to my Hot Mail account.  I've gone back over all the items in Tools>Internet options>LAN etc., a dozen times.  Nothing seems to help.
This morning I had difficulties getting into Yahoo mail too, but by doing a work around several times, I finally got in. Granted these are not my primary accounts, but there are newsletters and such that come daily that I like to read.

They (TH) also had me do a bunch of stuff on the black screen brought up on the Run command, but I can't remember a thing we did.  Could that have messed up some settings?

Is there anything I can do to make my computer "normal" again after their "help"?

A New Bible Built with Modern Technology

New Testament - Breakthrough Version

The Breakthrough Version achieves a much higher level of accuracy. It is:

  • more literal
  • more precise
  • more contemporary
  • more correct
  • more consistent

This Bible even translates hundreds of forgotten Greek words that no other Bible does.

It is an essential tool for Bible teachers and students, yet it is easy to read, even for newbies.

Check the setting on your software firewall. They might have messed those up. It is easy to check if it is a firewall issue. Turn off your firewall software and try accessing your account. If it now works you will have to adjust your Firewall settings. If that still does not work I would then check your Router setting which not too much fun.
