Hi, I have a 1994 model, Dell Inspiron 8000 Laptop P/3(proc.) that I bought used, a few years ago.  When I first bought it I had some problems with it, then after taking it back a few times and getting charged for it, is working alright now.  It came with 40 gig HD and 256 meg of Ram. I had the Ram upgraded to 512 meg.  My question is, should I keep it, or should I try and sell it and get a better one with more speed and memory? I have an Acer Desktop I bought in June of this year with Vista on it.  I just get frustrated with the Laptop, because it is so much slower than the Desktop.  Any advice appreiciated.

If you are frustrated with it, sell it and get a new one.  If you can use it without getting frustrated, keep it.
