I keep getting a script error message every time I sign in to msn. It says a script error has occured on this page. The a is null or not an object do you still want to run script on this page. I went to check internet options to make sure the friendly http eirror messages are properly checked did not help. Tried A patch and did not help It says it is an internet explorer script error

here is the complete error message I am getting. Line2  Char29877  Error: a is null or not an object  Code:0  URL: http:/t.msn.com/en-ca/home.aspx?ver=8.5.1302&did=1

if you are using Windows messenger. Go into Tools then General and uncheck the "msn today" feature.

   I have had the same problem with Yahoo Messenger.
   Try this.  Open Internet Explorer.  Go to Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab - Settings box - Browsing.  Check both Disable Script Debugging checkboxes.
