Today I have noticed I have a lot of files on my C drive that end in .sqm.  I think they are from MSN live.  Can I put them in my files to delete on A1Click cleaner?

   Yes, they are Windows Live Messenger log files.  If you don't want them, you can have A1Click delete them.  I would suggest renaming a few of them first (for example, rename sqmdata.sqm to sqmdata.sqb) to see if they are needed or not.
   You can turn the writing of sqmdata.sqm and sqmnoopt.sqm files off by going to Help, Customer Experience Improvement Program in Messenger and then turning them off from there.
