Can I use 2048MB PC5300 DDR2 Ram in my pc that curently has (×4)512MB PC3200 DDR will it work or blow it up? Its a Gateway 5200s.    Thanks

Most likely it would work, but it would run as DDR ram and at the lower frequency, unless you have a BIOS update for the motherboard that gives support for DDR2 ram and the higher bus frequency.
