When I open IE7 the page appears for a second then closes, whichmeans I have to access the internet via MSN. Is there a check box I need to click on?
The IE7 works fine on another account when I click on the icon  (I use XP). I don't really want to delete the account if I can help it.

OPen C:\programfiles\internetexplorer
and find ieproxy.dll
Move it to C:\windows\sytem32

At the command prompt (Start/run) Type regsvr32 ieproxy.dll
and press <Enter>.

Try IE again
