Is there such a thing as a Bluetooth USB "hub" or "router" that I can plug my printer, external drive, and scanner into so my laptop can be cabless?

You can get a wireless card for your laptop and a wireless router for your network.  The wireless router is hooked up to the internet through a modem and to a hub or router for devices that are hooked up with cables.  Then hook your printer and scanner to the hub or router using an ethernet cable (not all printers and scanners can be hooked into a network).  The external drive probably will not be able to be hooked up to a network by itself without being hooked to a computer.
Here is an article which tells more about that - http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2003022206_pthomenetwork27.html
