Thank you so much Ray you have been very helpfull.
I have another, more serious, long standing problem I hope someone at your end can help me with:
For several years, I have been unable to back up my "contacts" and "addresses", etc onto a cd. I've tried twice and when I check to see if they have copied onto the cd, it shows an icon which says "contacts", etc. and so I've gone ahead and cleaned my computer off, only to find that when I go to open the contacts icon, everything on the cd is in a script form, running word after word, rather than having the Microsoft Office Outlook format in a nicely contained box for each client.
If someopne can help me with this, I will be forever grateful.
Thanks again Ray, I love your newsletter.

I split this message from the thread that you posted it in because it had nothing to do with that thread.  Please start new threads when you want to ask about something completely different.

Jimmy Prevost.

Are you using MS OFFICE 2003, or MS OFFICE 2000?
.
How are you backing up the Contacts? are you using the import export command from the MS OUTLOOK, or some other way? If you are using the import export command then there must be some very slight error in performing the export feature. If you can elaborate the above, lets see if a solution can be given.
