Problem with Windows XP reverting to previous screen. This happens when I have a "Favorites" file open with several tabs displayed across the top of the screen. If I open a link while in one of the tabs the computer soon auto reverts back to the tab page. The link is still open, but I have to click on it at the bottom of the screen to get back to it. This happens every minute or so. Most annoying. Any help in fixing this will be greatly appreciated.

I don't think that you can do anything about that except to close the previous screen (or maybe minimizing it would work).
I think that is more dependent on the website that the previous screen is showing.  The website is refreshing itself and when it does so, it is moved to the front.

Thanks, Ray. Minimizing the previous screen does work! I had tried several combinations of tabbed browser settings under Tools, Internet Options, Tabs, Settings, but none solved the problem.
