After installing juno'dialup' on an XPhome machine , juno works fine on any account with "admin" privilages . When trying to use guest in restricted mode , this error message is
displayed :
" Juno directory cannot be found ....." and that is all one gets ' The machine is to be used for general surfing and e-mailing .
At this point I haven't contacted juno because they can be very difficult to deal with ($$$)

Scratching head and trying to learn a little more .
Thank you in advance for any effort

If you want the guest account to be able to connect to the Internet, you will have to change it from restricted to standard.
The purpose of the restricted account is to protect the computer / network.
The standard account still has restrictions, but will allow Internet connections.
