When I try and go into a website, a box pops up, "loginnet.passport" also asks for my username and password.  I don't know how to set this up. Any advice??  My computer is Windows Explorer 6

salmon is on the right track, I believe: the login you mention will pop up for all kinds of Microsoft portals like MSDN. So check carefully what site is asking for your account credentials, and if you are sure it is to be trusted and you have no account, create one. To name one example that could cause this login popup: if you have installed Visual Basic Express recently and start to use it.
