I wouldn't delete anything in the main Windows folder. Anything in the Windows temp folder is safe to delete, if it has been there longer than the last time you rebooted your computer. If space on your hard drive is becoming a problem [more than 60% full], you can delete all but the last system restore point, assuming your computer is running OK. You can also delete all temporary Internet files each time you close your browser. Go to Tools\Internet Options, on the advanced tab under security check the box to clear temporary Internet files when browser is closed and it will automatically delete them for you. |
