Just wondering if anyone can help out. Basically when I try and run "services" on my computer, the pop up window comes onto the screen for a few seconds,then closes itself down automatcially. I really need to have it open long enough in order to fix a printer problem I'm having.
Any help would be great.

Have you tried running msconfig and working from the services tab there?

Yeah have tried that and it works now-thanks. Someone from the hp support centre told me it probably had to do with me not having this anti-spyware software on my comp-then he suggested that I download some.But from another post I've heard this creates more probs than it solves.I've already got AntiVir installed. Am a bit hesistant against downloading this stuff.
