When I hit control Alt & del I get the Icon and name on the tool bar but not on my desktop screen. When I right click on it in the tool bar and close it out. it looks like it is coming from off the screen on the right side. Anyway I can get it back on screen?

Did you perhaps change from a high resolution setting to a lower resolution?
Lower resolution spreads things out more, so something that was on the screen at high res might have got pushed off at a lower res.
Also, when you right click on the tool bar tab, see if the move option is available.

To use the Move option, select Move from the popup menu and then press on one of the arrow keys (there are four arrow keys grouped together on your keyboard, one points up, one points down, one point to the left, and one points to the right).  The window will move a short distance in the direction of the arrow key that you press.  Press repeatedly to move it longer distances.
If you can't see the window that you are trying to move, this could get you in more trouble if you press a key that moves it further away.
