Hello,
Looking at the standard Windows Add/remove windows I find some entries that I cannot remove, when I use Add/Remove Pro these entries are NOT present.
Any recommendations?
How to remove these entries?
Thanks in advance.

It has been a while since I have looked at the Add/Remove Programs locations, so I am a little sketchy on it.  There used to only be one place in the registry and that is what Add/Remove Pro shows.  WinXP added some or maybe just one other place.  It is complex and they do not want you to mess with that list.  I think the ARPCache is that place.  I don't know if our ARPCache program would allow you to take care of that or not.

some vendors also include a remove icon in their installed folder.  If it is there it will probably cleanup the removall better than the one from MS.

MS does not put the items in Add/Remove Programs.  The program does when it is installed.  All the entry in Add/Remove Programs does is run the programs' uninstall program.  So a remove icon in the installed folder should do the exact same thing as the entry in Add/Remove Programs.

Try installing the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. You can find it at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301.
