I purchased internet TV .they send the link .but it always opens in microsoft word and get installed as a pdf document.In that version it shows 32 pages which explains the content of internet TV.its no scam or virus.but i could not convert it to install.Information in 32 pages of wordI HAD TAKEN TRIAL VERSION OF REGVAC  AND SPEED STSRTUP.COULD YOU HELP ME  TO INSTALL IT .            WARM  REGARDS                        THANK YOU

   I do not understand.
   With the internet TV it sounds like you are not getting the correct file.  It sounds like you are getting the manual and not the program.  If it is a pdf or doc document, it cannot be installed (as I assume you mean install).  An installation file would be an exe or zip file.
   Are you having a problem with installing RegVac or Speed Startup?
