I installed Firefox pop-up blocker and it didn't seem to do any good so I installed it again and still no results.
Any ideas?

go to TOOLS->OPTIONS . On the CONTENTS tab make sure the first option has a check mark (Block Pop-ups). I don't get pop ups anymore
