I have your A_1 compuer cleaner and your reg-vac when I start to run either of them they both show 10 items in my recycle bin and my recycle bin is empty. I have ran both programs in safe mode as well with the same result.

That does not make sense.  RegVac and A1Click do not show the items in the Recycle Bin, so how can they be showing you items there?  Please explain what you are doing.  RegVac and A1Click do not put items in the Recycle Bin if that is what you are saying.

Let me see if I can explain this question a bit better.  When I open A1 click there is a list of files to be cleaned.  There is a file listed as recycle bin.  It has always shown 10 items.
even after I run the software.  When I look in the recycle bin on my computer.  There is nothing showing in my recycle bin.
I have tried to run the program in safe mode and still have the same problem.
Thank You.

Actually, each drive has a Recycle Bin.  It is a subdirectory called Recycled or Recycler (if Windows Explorer does not show these, you need to change its settings so that it does not hide it).  Windows may only look in one of them and so not get all of the items, but A1Click looks in all.  That is probably why you are getting the difference.
