Hello, I have been using WinRescue xp for a while now but I have always been curious about the restore option named "Spare Registry" , not much is mentioned in the tutorial about this, is it the original registry? is it a spare registry created by WinRescue at some time? if it is the original registry how was WinRescue able to obtain it? I'm asking this for I might need it some day and I not sure about it.

Thanks in advance for your feedback, Sincerely

Spare Registry is a copy of the registry portion of your most recent backup.
